pheewe.. today's national day rehearsal was soo tiring. my poor legs carried me all over the sch. running errands, duhs. ahah.. the choir was great today. we had a mini celebration. our conductor bought us cakes and stuff. and CHOCOLATES! wheeee! ahahah.. we can eat choc. again! before we cut the cake, we sang Cantate Domino. i found it quite silly at first. but jus to join in the fun. i sang along! *wide smile* after that, mr ong came straight to me. i was like, ahahah, yar? until he asked me abt the recollections ppl. i was like... urgh. i thot i washed that off my hands already? but no! i had to appoint an i.c. there, tell them the format and stuffie. i also died while telling them all these stuffie. *faints* ok, i cried cos i cannot tahan. i talk they talk, i smile like always, they laugh along. so i couldnt get them to listen. i probably dun have enuf leadership skills to be in charge. but surprisingly, i'm still the cultural sec. i bet i got that by luck. sighy. anyhows, thankiew ma foong for helping me get them organized. luv ya* after that, i ran over to the choir side, sang ndp theme song. mr ong made us kinda sing in parts. and guess what happened next? i was s'pose to learn how to conduct the choir on speech day! *big FAINTS* first i cldnt get the beats and next i had to use my left hand to signal to the choir. and on friday, we're gonna have choir prac. for me to get us to them. freaky! i shall ask mr goh/ben to teach me the last min kinda stuff. oh yar, the choir actually wasted a few hours seating and waiting for ppl to ask us to sing for them. in the end, we din sing a single song at the parade sq. what a waste of time. ms noor wanted to see the i.c. later. so i saw her, she was like.. talking to the rest and finally she came to me and said, remember to brush up on ur national anthem. ok, fine with me. when home took a long shower, had dinnar, and here i am, bloggin away-*
